whenever i hear this title i will immediatlly(spelling error) think of death note. i think its cause of the word note. haha

anyway if you have not heard of this movie go all out to go and find the DVD and watch it. i promise you (if you are a die hard romantic) you will not regret looking for this show. considering the many shows i like (musicals, forestgump, i am sam etc.) this show takes the top, well of cause with the exception of pretty woman (still my favourate show)

anyway let my tell you about this show. if you like 50 first dates and pearl habour i think you will love this show as i think its a combination of both.

it begins with a this old man reading a story from a notebook to this old lady. there were two main people in the story allie and noah. noah is the kind of mischivious, poor, uneducated guy but his charm simply shines. one night noah saw allie at a carnival and fell head over hells in love with her. he decided to ask her out.she did not agree and went of for a ride on the fairys wheel. noah was standing from afar admiring her then he went towards the ride and when allies seat reached the bottom he jumped on and sat in between allie and the guy she was with. he reached out his hand and introduced himself but allie replied saying "so?!" the thing he did next was just so unexpected he climbed onto one of the poles supporting the wheel and asked her if she would go out with him. she said no. he release a hand and asked the question again. she said yes just to get him down.

the next day he saw her and asked so when is our date. allie said she did not remember promising him a date. without being able to do anything to foucs her to go on a date with him he just hoped to see her again. so one day noah's friend, who's girlfriend knows allie arranged a movie date with the both of them. from that day ford they were crazy over each other.

(so sorry cutting out a lot of stuff)

soon things when sour. allie came from a rich family and her parents were those rich, stereotype people, they did not like noah. then one day when allie's dad invited noah for a meal the latter found out that allie was going to newyork to futher her studies.

a few days later they met at noah's house and he brought her to a house which he had plans for. they were in the room lay down a cloth and started to undress. but when it was about to happen noah's friend came bursting into the door and told them that the police were out looking for allie as it was 2am. when she went back home her parents told her that they did not like noah. however she told them that they did not know what love is but she did. noah who was sitting outside the room heard everything and left. whn alllie caught up with him he said that he had no confidence in the relationship and they would have to see how it goes after summer. so on that night they broke up.

next day allie looked out the window and relised that her mother had packed her stuff and that they were leaving for newyork that very day. allie ran to the work place of noah to tell him that she loved him. but he was not there so she told his friend. when noah knew all he could do was to write letters to her everyday. so he wrote one letter a day for one year but allies mum got hold of them first. so after a year a decided to let go and move on.

war came and allie helped as a nurse. and yes she met a guy there. (he sucks!! opps..) he was rich and all so allies parents liked him. soon after they got angaged. when allie was trying on her wedding gown she saw noah face in the paper and fainted. she then decided to go and look for him.

then all their feeling started to return. in fact the feelings they had for each pther never died. they were always in love. and as expected when she was at his house they had sex.

soon the fiance found out and came looking for her. but her mum got to her first. she came to the house and allie came to the door with just a towel on. her mother said lets go for a ride. they got into the car and drove her to the working place of noah. she told allie "you see that guy over there i was madly in love with but i did not end up with him and now i imagine what my life could have been" after that her mum gave her the freedom to make the right choice.

to cut it short she chose him!!! (of couse lah)

however...

you know the guy reading to the old lady ? he is noah and the old lady is allie. you see, allie has that illness of memory lost. so she will only remeber stuff for awhile. so when he finished the story he she remebered him and they danced. as they were dancing allie suggested that they just go away in the car. but noah addressed her as darling saying no. at that very moment she lost her memory and pushed noah away thinking that he was someone she does not know. (very sad part sob sob)

in the end he had another heart attack so he was admitted to hospital. when he was there he when to her ward to look for her. and the next morning he died (im not sure about allie though)

moral of the story love has no bounderies (spelling error)
